I've stayed this room for 7 weeks, and had a wonderful comfortable stay. About location, facility and safety was good! Her response was also good. Points that caught my attention ・The smell of air freshener was strong. ・It felt like the bath towels had not been washed. However, other than that, it's very comfortable and the price is reasonable, so I'm very satisfied! Thank you!

Positives Good WiFi, air con, Tv and location. Host responds quickly. I had 3 big issues on my first day but Lindy was very quick to deal with them. Negatives CR and especially kitchen needs updating. It appears to have been set up for a Filipino not a foreigner. There was only a frying pan and a rice cooker usable. As I don’t fry my food or eat rice that was difficult. To be fair Lindy did supply me a pot to cook some vegetables in. Ute The bottom line is if budget is your main concern and you always eat out then this unit will be fine for you. If like me you like to cook at home in a nice clean modern unit then I suggest you pay $2-300 per month more for somewhere that has been modernised over the past year or 2. Or at least try for a unit in tower 3 as that is the most modern tower but still be careful. Would I stay there again, unfortunately no. In actual fact I won’t stay in any of the Avida towers again unless I’m guaranteed that they are in very good condition.
