Judy and Neil are very nice people and hosts, I hadn't done my research and hadn't realized you need a car to stay there, many issues with delayed buses so make sure you have a car. A beautiful home, has everything you can think of and more, comfortable bed, very dark and quiet and lots of privacy. Beautiful garden thats wild for all the bees and pollinators, compared to the sad mowed lawns in the hood. Im a city gal and seeking affordable housing on the island so wasn't there for fun but got to enjoy cooking, relaxing, and once I got a car I was able to explore more, and went to Englishman Falls, definitely recommend a drive and hike to the falls, also many great beaches to visit from Parksville Beaches to local ones walking distance from the house. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys great space, sparsely and good design, as an artist myself I appreciate good taste and quality of interiors. Thanks Judy for the ride to store first night, have a great summer :)

This was an awesome Air BNB to stay at! If you’re in Parksville this is the place to stay! It is very very clean, quiet, private, comfy, all around 10/10 would stay again!

Thanks. Your place was well suited for our stay - clean and non-cluttered. All amentias we needed were present. You responded and communicated well via Airbnb. Judy's gardens are beautiful, starting to bloom. However, rain kept us out of a walk through the garden. It was a pleasure staying with Judy and Neil.

Space (in and out) is well set up for rest; relaxation and even a little work. Neighbourhood is quiet. The yard outside is a lovely garden - great space to have morning coffee! We stayed at Judy’s last year and had a great experience. We chose to return this year and we were very glad that we did! Judy and Neil made our stay very enjoyable!

I had a great time staying with Judy and Neil. The place is very well laid out and I walked in feeling right at home. I love the color choices of the wood panels in the kitchen area. It makes cooking something I look forward to do. Judy and Neil have thought of all the details for your needs, and if you’ve watched Friends, the place is ‘Monica clean’ no joke. Judy and Neil treated me with nothing but kindness. We had some great time chatting and having tea together. Judy showed me around the garden and I spent a lot of time in Neil’s wood turning shop learning from him. It was more than a airbnb stay for me, I was lucky enough to get to know two beautiful souls.
