This AirBnB is about a 2 minute walk from Leamington Spa’s central Parade - a great location. Everything was clean and tidy including the linen and bathrooms. Host met me at the front door and gave me a quick tour, pointed out things like WiFi code etc. Check-out time was midday which gave me plenty of time to get out the room. Hairdryer was supplied.

It was great to meet Shahid and stay at his house. Everything is perfect as it states in the description. He was kind and helped to understand the whereabouts in the house. He always reverted on my queries and calls, and helped me out whenever he could, I think that would be the most important reason I extended my stay here. The house is well maintained and taken well care of. No issues in the equipment and their working. Overall It was amazing.

Shahid has helped us tremendously during our stay here. He is a great host as he is willing to help to let us feel warm and comfortable during the freezing night. I would definitely recommend and will come back here again myself.
