The cottage was really good. It was clean and had all the amenities we wished for. A great place to stay that we would recommend to anyone. There are many local things of interest and places to go and this was the ideal base for us.

Katiann’s is a gem of a place and a wonderful base of operations! It has everything you could need, is well-appointed and kept really nicely. The location is excellent; it feels really peaceful but is in easy walking distance of several pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as the North Yorks Moors Railway We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Our second stay at Julie's cottage. Beautiful, clean and a lovely welcome gift of cake and bubbles. Pickering is a perfect location for Dalby Forest, Whitby, North Yorkshire Moors and York. We had a few questions during our stay and Julie waa quick to respond.

Great place in the middle of Pickering, off the main road and in A courtyard so peaceful. It was ideal for our stay, close to shops and restaurants and easy access to the moors. A really nice place which was everything we needed for our stay.
