It was a lovely stay and Yen was very helpful and even stored my luggage when i went to Cat Ba Island for couple of days.

The apartment is great. It's in a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and coffeshops.

It was a very good place. Close to most of the most touristy places in Hanoi! But, in the middle of the night the air conditioner started leaking onto the couch. The shower was also easily flooded after a few minutes in the shower.

Host was very accommodating and communicative. Check in was fast and easy. Room was as described. There is a lot of noise from the nearby restaurants that can be heard from the windows. You can also hear the upstairs neighbor showering and water draining through the pipes which can be distracting. Internet is also below average and was difficult to work remote at times.
