Amazing!! We couldn’t imagine staying in a better place in Speyside. Craigellachie really is the perfect base for the area and Linda and George’s place in particular is a slice of heaven. The views! You have a view of the valley / countryside and Ben Rinnes from the floor to ceiling windows. The place itself has everything you would need to cook (kitchen with all the amenities) and relax (bathtub! comfy bed!). Linda made sure we had anything we needed like oil, breakfast items, milk for tea, a couple biscuits, etc. Really we felt doted on and cared for the whole time. The only “problem” was that we were there for only 2 days instead of a week (or forever). While here, we hiked around Aberlour, visited a couple distilleries (GlenAllachie was 5 stars), went to the Quaich Bar at the Craigellachie Hotel (their whisky selection and expertise is unmatched!), and even popped into Walkers for “reject” stem ginger biscuits. We came for a quick trip but are already planning on a return.

Es war eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung, mit tollem Ausblick. Wir haben uns gut mit Linda unterhalten. Sie hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt, sodass keine Fragen mehr waren.
