Well… this was the most magical NOLA gem of a place to stay. We have never stayed at a more well appointed rental. We brought hand soap, towels, waters, sponge etc… I don’t think we needed one thing extra that we brought. Bottled water as well! Linens, towels, bedding, pillows. Everything was meticulous and abundant. Crisp and clean. I do not describe many things in NOLA as clean;) Owen’s communication and information was impeccable. I cannot say enough good things about this listing. Whole way round. Winner winner chicken dinner. Beautiful center stage for a graduation weekend. Thank you.

Top notch location, great communication with owner of apt, spacious, high ceiling rooms with great patio overlooking Magazine Street. Coffee and food in neighborhood is abundant, and not far from great restaurant options.

This place is in a wonderful, bohemian part of town where I struggled to find a "chain store" in the best way possible: awesome boutiques, coffee shops (Mojo is the spot!) and restaurants. A block in either direction reveals amazing homes with quaint gardens. The apartment itself was spacious, with an elegant and bright living room, leading to the outdoor terrace overlooking Magazine Street. It is a true three bedroom, but it's important to know that the configuration is like two private apartments adjoined by a long hallway, giving them separate entrances. Also, while the primary bedroom suite includes a double basin sink in a spacious bathroom, the two other bedrooms are railroad style (you must pass through the second bedroom to reach the third bedroom) and share a more modest bathroom. I was traveling with my parents so this worked perfectly so that I could have my own space -- and they their's!! If all of that works for you, then Owen's place is spectacular. I loved it!!

An amazing place to stay in New Orleans. Close enough to the main attractions but a little away from the chaos of the crowds. Such cute shops right next door with many walkable restaurants. The space was perfect for a group of 7 to celebrate my bachelorette. Clean and open space with comfortable beds. It was much appreciated to have a fridge stocked with water after traveling! A truly unforgettable trip. I hope to visit again. Very easy to communicate with the host if needed. Thanks Owen!

This place is fantastic with tons of New Orleans charm In the middle of a hip, fun, and safe area. The family room and porch have so much charm! Walk to coffee, Turkey and the Wolf, Molly’s Rise and Shine, Steins Jewish deli and so many great spots. There is a very tall, creaky, fun staircase to the apartment which we liked, but could be harder if you had mobility concerns. Also 2 of the extra bedrooms are together and so you have to walk through one to get to another. There was water and some drinks in the refrigerator which we loved. The host was incredibly accommodating which is so appreciated. It’s a great spot.
