The location is great! Loved being close to the beach and close to downtown. We rented a golf cart, even though it’s almost as easy to walk into town. Everything was as described, we didn’t have any issues with noises as others have mentioned. There was an open mic night on Thursday night at the bar across the street but it ended promptly at 11PM. They are strict on noise within the complex after 11PM which didn’t bother us at all. We did have to not use the shower in one of the upstairs bathrooms because the water was shooting into the whole bathroom. So we just used the other shower. It was clear in the listing but I hadn’t thought about there not being any cleaning service or towel refresh for a 4 night stay. Overall the stay and Sayulita were great! This was the second house within the complex we have rented and it’s a perfect location.

This was our first time staying on the North Side and it was better than we imagined. Beautiful place and very easy access to the beach and downtown Sayulita.

This place was incredible ! even better than the photos. great location within walking distance to restaurants and the plaza. beach as a backyard was amazing too! so spacious and fun.

We were so lucky to get this place! It’s right by the beach, a short walk into the center, and close to nearby restaurants. The place had more than enough space for myself and my three friends. Was the perfect place to spend the start of this year. I want to come back every year!!
