Excellent location, central to everything we needed. Beds were comfy, everything that we required was there. Nice comfy place, Meng is SUPER friendly - fantastic host! We felt like we were right at home

Meng is very kind person and very good host. She helped us with whatever we needed. Room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great especially if you plan to use public transport (close to the train station Ellerslie).

We have booked 10 nights at Meng's place. When we arrived, we noticed that she doesn't allow guests to prepare meat in her kitchen. This was noted on the description but, we've missed it, so that was our fault. She has a cat, which we had no idea about because it was not in the description, and as I am allergic to cats, we couldn't stay. Also, the beds in our room were actually not beds, but matresses and kid sizes, the room is a room for kids actually. So we decided to leave, and cancelled the booking on airbnb. Meng however asked the cleaning fee from us in cash. We have already charged by one night, and the cleaning fee, by airbnb (due to the policy), so it was weird, but she said, she never gets the money from airbnb when someone cancels late, so we paid her. Since then we contacted airbnb support, who said that Meng should never ask for cash other then the site as we have paid the cleaning fee alredy. So we reported her, and this case to airbnb.
