L emplacement de cette île est tout simplement parfait. Tout près de la barrière de corail nous avons eu la chance de faire du snorkeling dans un endroit magique et inoubliable. L’équipe de cindiri nous a semblé un peut timide le premier jour, mais si vous prenez la peine d échanger avec eux, vous ferez assurément de belles rencontres. Nous vous conseillons de prendre la formule compète, car nous avons mangé des plats authentiques et délicieux, Fidel et Coco sont de très bons cuisiniers. Marvin quand à lui nous a apprit ses techniques de pêche. Nous vous conseillons de partir en expédition sur la journée, nous avons pu ainsi découvrir les fonds marins avec Dingo qui est une personne très cultivée sur le sujet et qui vous fera peut être découvrir les petits requins cachés sous les rochers. Grâce à cette équipe nous avons pu voir pour la première fois des dauphins nagés tout près du bateau et pêcher deux magnifiques barracudas. Nous n’aurions pas pensé qu’en seulement 6 jours sur l’île nous serions aussi tristes de quitter cette formidable équipe.

If youre dreaming of ever staying on a private island.Do it at Cindiri beach. Absolutely the best island caretakers and amazing scenery . You wont be disappointed. We had a complete amazing island vacation. We bought the all inclusive package, highly recommend, great food and the island caretakers took exceptional care of us. The island is still growing and developing. More accommodations are being built as well as a bar. We cant wait to return for more great snorkeling and amazing fishing.

This was a great experience. We stayed on the island with just the two of us and the crew of maybe 5-6 people. Communication was great! Otis and the boat captains met us at the air port in dangriga then too us on a supply run before going out to sea. There were many activities on the island, a kayak, snorkeling fishing. I would recommend taking some cards or games just in case you get some bad weather. They took us to tobacco Caye and showed is how to set up a troll line. We caught a barracuda which the crew prepared for us. We also went diving for conchs then Otis made the best ceviche. If you’re wondering what to bring/pick up shopping, here is my recommendation: Sunscreen ( more than you think you need) Bug spray Tortilla chips Hot sauce Cooking oil Eggs Bread PB&J Beer Limes Pineapple A few backpacking meals Beans Don’t forget a good hat! Really great group of folks in this island. Will definitely return!

Ein Traum von uns, wurde wahr! Es fühlte sich an wie im Paradies. Im Vorfeld hatten wir einen informativen und herzlichen Austausch mit der Ehefrau von Odis. Sie hat uns ausführlich erläutert, was wir brauchen und mitbringen sollten. Wie zum Beispiel ein spezieller Spray für die Sandfliegen. Wir haben den Austausch sehr geschätzt und fühlten uns dadurch sehr gut vorbereitet. Die Antworten auf unsere Fragen erhielten wir sehr schnell. Odis kam uns wie abgemacht pünktlich, beim Busterminal abholen. Die Begrüssung war sehr herzlich. Mit dem Boot ging es dann zu der unglaublich schönen Insel. Der Kapitän ist sehr erfahren auf See. Wir hatten unglaublich schöne und erholsame 7 Tage auf der Insel. Die Privatsphäre haben wir sehr genossen und doch war immer jemand schnell zur Stelle wenn, wir was brauchten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hell, gross, mit Charm eingerichtet und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Das Bett war gross und sehr bequem. Die Terrasse lud zum Verweilen ein. Am Steg der Insel lernten wir Fischen. Die Angelruten waren jeder Zeit zugänglich für uns. Coco oder Dingo besorgten uns immer wieder frische Sardinen, um zu Fischen. Wenn wir Erfolg beim Angeln hatten, war immer jemand vor Ort, um uns zu erläutern, was für ein Fisch das ist. Wir haben viel über Fische gelernt. Das zweitgrösste Riff der Welt, ist direkt vor der Insel. Direkt vor Ort, konnte man vom Pier Rochen, fliegende Fische und leuchtende Fische beobachten. Oder auch gleich vor Ort Schnorcheln gehen und die Unterwasserwelt beobachten. Wir machten diverse Ausflüge mit dem Boot um neue Spots wie das Riff kennenzulernen, wir erlernten das Harpunefischen und das Nachtfischen. Es war genügend Zeit vorhanden die Unterwasserwelt zu sehen und Dingo und Odis zeigten uns die interessantesten Lebewesen unter Wasser. Es lohnt sich eine Unterwasserkamera mitzunehmen. Auch das Kayak stand jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das selbst gefischte und gejagte von uns oder das von Odis und Dingo wurde mit einem Upgrade der Buchung von  Odis zubereitet. Wir hatten täglich 3 unvergessliche leckere Mahlzeiten. Fragt einfach die Frau von Odis für das Upgrade, es lohnt sich. Es fiel uns sehr schwer und wir wahren sehr traurig die Insel zu verlassen. Am liebsten wären wir länger geblieben! Wir fühlten uns sehr gut und sicher aufgehoben und lernten wunderbare Menschen dort kennen, die auch für einen Spass zu haben waren. Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit und haben die Kultur und das Leben auf der Insel schätzen und lieben gelernt. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen. Wir wünschen den Leuten auf der Insel gutes gelingen mit der harten Arbeit und wünschen ihnen nur das Beste.

Such a unique place and unbeatable location. Our stay was fantastic- the views, the comfortable cabin, the incredibly friendly staff and host. We were able to snorkle right off the dock - which was a great place to sit and relax too. We were also treated to a sunset snorkle and dive and the next day a 4.5hr fishing, snorkling/diving and boat tour. Fidel, your boat captain, is a gregarious, fun storyteller, but more importantly is very experienced on the water and is an amazing diver. He will catch all the conch and fish you could ever want to eat and get you safely to and from the mainland. And he may share his rum with you! We were impressed also by all the staff who were so friendly and made fantastic meals for us. I recommend booking the all-inclusive option - just make sure you bring extra drinks to the island - we were running low at then end of our stay. You won't really need extra food as you get a lot. Odis was a great host, always had a smile and a good story to keep conversation going, but he also gave us our space. The cabin is new, well-built, spacious, the bed was comfortable and there were enough supplies between the two cabins for anything you needed. Keep in mind this is an island so temper your water usage. Water pressure requires the generator to run and has a 20min storage after the generator is turned off. Odis is happy to run it whenever you need it - we never had issues. Just keep in mind the shower water is not 'hot' but rather a comfortable air temperature. The rain shower is really nice. This is a newly opened spot and is a work-in-progress in some aspects as they add more cabins and refine the beach area - regardless it is beautiful. No construction work is done when guests are staying so don't worry about any of that disrupting your stay. The current cabins on the site have an unobstructed view to the dock and the sea - breathtaking. Unbeatable price for what is on offer and is much more private than the touristy island locations. Can't wait to see Cindiri evolve - we will be back!
