Absolutely fantastic experience at the farmhouse. Tucked inside a small village if you are looking for some isolation and peace. They really helped us find their place, got scooty for a day for us to get around. Then we got a rented car for which they had an ample amount of space for parking. They delivered fresh milk and bread for our breakfast on our first day which was really nice of them. You would find all modern amenities like wifi, power backup, ac, etc. The dogs were my favourite. One small request for the team is to ensure water supply since we had been traveling through the day and came back at night sometimes after 12am. After a tiring day we really need water for a nice bath. Although their team would quickly jump into action and voila water supply revived. Our overall experience was fantastic and thanks to Minush for his support during our stay.

Super amazing spot, very attentive host, clean and complete house in the middle of the little village. Seems to be new, and I think there are some teething problems with the navigation to the place, but I’m sure they will iterate this in the future. Would love to come back and relax when again in Goa. Also the recommended restaurant was very nice and surprisingly very busy every day.

Pros: ~The area is tidy and serene. ~Has a kitchen and offers simple breakfast supplies. ~Offered bike upon request. ~Far from the noise and city. Cons: Firstly, this location is over two kilometers away from the high school listed. I was completely unprepared to have to walk in the middle of the day. This place is great if you possess a vehicle; if not, you'll have to deal with what I did. Despite our three-day reservation, we had checked out a day early because it was a little difficult to go the nearly five kilometers for lunch, dinner, and breakfast outside. An additional point to make is that the host must provide a single point of contact rather than requiring the visitor to make separate calls for various tasks. Communication is really awkward since we don't know who to contact or when. To get the transportation when it was time to check out, we had to walk two kilometers again. According to instructions, a transport has not been scheduled by anyone to drop us to high school.

great place, quite peaceful (apart from the barking dogs every so often - but easy enough to blank that out), clean place, decent kitchen, fresh eggs, milk and pao. nearby places include Fernandes House, Flames Restaurant/cafe, O'Cuzinero, Palacio de Deao. also recommend the nearby lake - super peaceful. definitely need a car or scooter to get around.
