Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Vicki. Die Unterkunft liegt schön gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Alles war sehr sauber, komfortabel eingerichtet und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Außerdem wurden wir noch mit frischem Brot und Kuchen verwöhnt, für das wir nochmals danke sagen und hoffen einmal wieder bei euch sein zu dürfen.

Had such an amazing week on Skye at John and Vicki’s! The pictures truly do not do the space or the views justice. We’ve stayed in a lot of amazing airbnbs and this one takes the cake. John and Vicki are so kind and gave us great recommendations for walks. Vicki’s cakes are tip top! And having Roobarb around was an added treat. Hope we’ll be back!

Absolutely breathtaking property. There were many things we loved about this stay; the view of the bay, the cleanliness, the little touches of local artwork/crafts dotted around the property, and the superb hospitality of the amazing hosts Vicki and John (especially the baked goods 😋) - we genuinely didn't want to leave ❤️

Vicki and Jon (and Roobarb!) were amazing hosts. We were given excellent information before arriving and were instantly made to feel very welcome. The welcome goodies of homemade bread, jam, cake and granola were delicious and much appreciated! Near Byre is perfect in every way. It is luxurious but lovely and cosy at the same time. It has been beautifully designed and decorated with so much attention to detail - it had everything we needed and much more! The bed was probably the comfiest we have ever slept in!! We didn't want to leave the the peace and quiet and beautiful views. Truly dog friendly too, with dog towels, blankets and treats also included. Everything we needed for a relaxing and refreshing week. We can't wait to visit again - thank you!!

A really lovely stay. The cottage is beautifully designed and equipped, with an incredible view from the sofa. Hosts Vicki and John made me feel very welcome, really friendly and communicative without ever being intrusive. Some great tips and recommendations, and fabulous cake to boot! Waternish itself is the perfect place to unwind, a wonderful location to return home to after a day’s exploring, or to hunker down in on a stormy day. Can’t wait to return.
