We had a nice stay in Santa Marta. The Airbnb is nice and quiet, the air conditioning units worked really well, the location is fantastic for walking to many restaurants and bars nearby. The shared/common areas could use a bit more polish but altogether a great deal.

Very well located and well designed. Hosts were also quite helpful when we got locked out of our room. Master bathroom wasn't very clean and had a strong smell coming from the shower drain. Finally, there was an infestation of mosquitoes due to stagnant water in the courtyard. We literally had to stay in our rooms it was so unbearable.

La casa es muy bonita, todo estaba limpio y en orden. Creo que tenían un problema con la nevera al ver publicaciones anteriores pero en nuestra estadía ya estaba todo solucionado. Excelente ubicación y buena comunicación.

Location is amazing!! So easy to walk to all the best restaurants and harbor beach area. Nightlife is super fun. Great for couples and groups of adults- not ideal for families with younger kids. The pool in the house is key, refreshing and clean. Rooms have a/c- all rooms we used worked well. Bring bug spray- all communal spaces outdoors- fans, no A/C, many mosquitoes House does not have a water cooler/dispenser or water delivery service, so need to buy and bring in, lots of shops near so easy to do. No pool towels provided Some Bedroom windows/sliders don’t lock- be mindful WiFi is spotty at best. It worked for the first hour we were here, and then did not work the rest of trip. The staff is amazing and super responsive! They respond within minutes and are here to help with everything. Extremely accommodating, even when we had a quick change. Check-in/check-out times are firm, we were able to drop and leave luggage, which was very kind No cleaning services during our stay

The house is great and looks just like the pictures. We had a great time and an overall great stay, the house’s staff was friendly and very welcoming. My two complaints are the communication with them via Airbnb chat - which feels like a lawyer wanting to prosecute you for every single thing: defensive and weird. And also how incredibly noisy it was, sometimes with music playing til 2-3 am.
