Upon arrival, the elevator was stuck and unable to be used. We had to carry our bags up the stairs to the 4th floor. The exterior blanket on the bed smelled awful. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low and made showering very difficult. The toilet ran after flushing and wouldn’t stop. The thermostat was set at 70 but the room was actually 77 degrees. So overall this stay was incredibly disappointing and I absolutely would not stay here again.

Linden Row is a confortable hotel for those to like historical buildings. The personal was so friendly and kind! The bedroom was spacious, and the matrix are excellent! I slept like a baby.

so it's a nice place I love the fact that the balconies are smoking friendly so you can smoke and I dare say exit the whole hotel you just can go out to your room set in the balcony but this guy have your cigarette her what not the only thing that bothered me was being this was an Airbnb all the incidentals holes in things like that should have been charged to my Airbnb account I shouldn't have had to pay again once returned to attending the hotel I was asked for a $50 incidental fee which is not including on Airbnb after I paid almost $300 through Airbnb and when leaving they didn't even attempt to attract the room or give me my incidental money back or sent me an email with my receipt or anything like that
