We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home. Location on the bay is very peaceful and lovely. First want to say the cleaners did an amazing job. A lot of times when you check into a beach house there is still a bit of sand left on the floor but they did a great job as it felt spotless. Another note is we have stayed in a few beach houses that moved a lot with wind and we endured a very large storm during our stay and the house felt solid and did not sway with the heavy wind which I appreciated. The one note I do want to make people aware of is the Wi-Fi is not fast. We had someone attempting to remote work with no one else connected and the connection was never adequate to complete video calls etc. just something to keep in mind. All in all we had a wonderful trip and would look forward to returning again.

Lovely setup for a beach vacation with small kids. We were nervous about how stressful the beach might be with little kids (15 mo, 2 yo, 5 yo), but the private access from this house made it so convenient and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely book again!

The island is great! The house was beautiful with access right to the beach, it was surprisingly nice to be on the bay side since it was colder. We were welcomed with a dry dog turd on the porch, had been there a while. The one bathroom was leaking onto our car beneath. There was a leak under the sink that a Maitenance guy came and made sure it was ok and then while cleaning up the kitchen it exploded everywhere. We cleaned it up and then realized it backed up into the kids bathtub which we were plunging. Apologies were made for the inconvenience but nothing else which I find unfair for what we paid for it. Also there was no basics in the kitchen, no seasoning, foil, oil, etc. We were there for 4 days and got 1 paper towel and 3 soaps for the dishwasher for a family of 9. I think Vacasa might be getting too big to care. Beautiful area and property but needs some TLC and better service. I did give the opportunity to make it right before I wrote a review and was ignored.

The house was lovely and spotless. The amenities were just what we needed. I loved spending time on the beach and under the gazebo. It was a great vacation :)

The house was great. It matched the website photos, was clean, and included everything we needed for cooking. It was comfortable and nicely decorated. Access to the sound and Gulf was easy.
