This is a lovely place, there are just a few issues that, if ironed out, would make it a great place. There aren't actually many places to sunbathe... without lifting and moving furniture in awkward places. The PlayStation was disconnected from the television, no HDMI in sight, and both controllers were broken. Eventually the entire PlayStation was replaced. The oven wasn't even held in place. By this I mean, when I tried to open the oven door, the entire unit slid out. Had my one year old daughter got hold, it could have been dangerous. The place isn't as private as the pictures show, but it was okay. Lastly, the pool was difficult to get in when we arrived, at between 24 and 25 degrees. by the 3rd day it was a lovely 29.5, but it still cost me 50€ a day... Meaning they didn't start heating it quick enough. As I say, we enjoyed it! But these details did make an impact on our stay. Thanks for the hospitality! Danny, Jade and Eden.
One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed. Very beautiful, 5 min walking to very pretty bays for swimming. The host is super nice, even prepared snacks and drinks for our arrival. The pool area is lovely. Loved it
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was magical. Can’t recommend it enough. Perfect location- close to several beaches and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave the view of the Airbnb though. The host communicated very quickly with us, Kostas was great. Don’t hesitate to book!
I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in Crete. The villa and view is beautiful - exactly like the photos, and if anything, larger than we expected. The hosts & operating company exceeded all expectations: clear communication, provided recommendations and organised transportation for a winery tour & tasting, and amazing hospitality, bringing over baked goods and fresh fruit throughout the week (thank you again!). The villa was very clean, as well as the pool - they kept it clean throughout our stay. It is nearby - 5 min drive, ~30 min walk - to the town of Plakias which has some restaurants, supermarkets, shops, cafes, and bars. Overall, it was an amazing stay. Thank you for your generous hospitality!
Our group of 5 (4 adults + 1 child) had a truly fantastic stay here! The house was wonderful - it was bigger than we expected from the photos but just as lovely. The location can’t be beat! Lots of cute beaches nearby and the town of Plakias is so fun! The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
