Pick key at drop box ofc. Drive to Condo. Parking had a gate bar made a bit confusing to get a ticket to get in. The Condo doors were locked. Didn't know we had to use a key to get into lobby. Finally in. Need to pay $45 per day for parking. Needed a key for Lobby, for elevator, for pool, for beach and obviously the room. (over excessive key use) The apmt was clean, well supplied with kitchen appliances, pots, plates, cups, etc. The view is fantastic right on the beach. The condo also had a restaurant on 1st FL. We ate there on the 1st day and the food was delicious and a wide variety to choose & awesome bar ambiance. Lots of places to eat and shop. Got notice the bldg was being painted & refurbished the day before arrival, should have been on the initial posting since the bldg looked more than half painted. There was noise all day with floor sanding and grinding. Pool was blocked off due to painters. The surrounding area is quiet and clean.

.Our unit was relatively updated, clean, and the building was very secure. Right on the beach, beautiful view, and we loved Sunset Grille! Would stay again!

The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. There were some ants in the kitchen, and received quick response saying that the pest control company had been called. My only real complaint was that there was construction on the beach our first 2 days, which was noisy and blocked some of the access from the building to the beach and our view. That has since been cleared. However, before booking the unit, I asked if the walk from the building to the beach was difficult, I was traveling with elderly parents who have difficulty walking and mentioned it. I was told it was an easy walk since the building is right on the beach and they would not have a problem. There was no mention of the construction area and fence right in front of the boardwalk leading to the beach. My parents were unable to walk all the way around and we weren’t able to go to the beach until the construction cleared 2 days later. Checking and out was easy.
