We loved staying at Amberesque - right on the Main Street of beautiful Rutherglen, great restaurants and coffee right next door, and Amber was such a lovely host - gave great local recs and cooked a fab breakfast. The accommodation itself is beautiful and has amazing character - little touches like the record players and the spa made it feel so special. We can’t wait to go back!

Quite simply, an amazing play to stay if in the area. The location is fantastic in centre of Rutherglen, you can walk to everything. But what stands out is the homely hospitality and fabulous breakfasts. Amber goes that extra mile, wine, cheese platter and local products to use in your room. Very comfortable king bed too!

Amber truly is the host with the most! From a comfortable bed, plush towels, awesome linen to the open fire in the lounge room, everything was five star. A gourmet breakfast in the dining room every morning was a treat. Amber looked after us like family. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

Amber was a great host, and the old bank a comfortable and grand place to stay. Generous antipasto platter and bottle of wine on arrival, yummy breakfasts. Enjoyed spinning vinyl in the shared loungeroom and leafing through the mags, and watched a sunset on the balcony. Good quality linen on the king sized bed and spa bath with body shop soaps etc topped off our wonderful stay.
