位置不错，虽然不直接挨着海边，但是出后门右转就能到海边。这个房子最大的问题就是热水。我们刚入住的时候没有热水，房东倒是不错，亲自晚上十点来给我们修热水器。虽然这点值得点赞，但是这应该在我们入住前就做好。热水器到了第三天又坏了，他们又让人来修。即使修好后，也只有大约5分钟的热水。他家的Wi-Fi也不是很好用。经常断，没有网。另外，我按照软件上出现的地址导航，结果发现是错误的地址。建议大家来之前再和房东确认一下地址。

这个地理位置不错，出门口就有公共交通工具。如果你要去其他地方玩，可以去中心位置。

Place was clean on arrival, stocked kitchen in terms of cooking/eating utensils. We were told everything works snd while I had been able to contact Luis, at some point, I lost the ability to connect to the AirBnB service and consequently the host. I tried both wifi and cellular, neither worked. The toilet seat was not properly attached and it was very annoying. Also, there is a sink outside the bathroom that is nothing more than a trickle so had to use the kitchen sink for everything. I got up one morning and went into the kitchen area to find dead (thankfully) cockroaches. While there is a washer/dryer in the unit, you only seem to be able to use the laundry across the way, which is a paid service. The place does have the pool, beach and cafe, which Luis did accurately advise is pricey; but it is convenient. I could consider staying again if the issues were resolved, only next time I would have a better understanding of the area. At least busses are cheap and convenient!

muy buena estancia. Estas literalmente a un lado de la playa. oxxo a 5 minutos y para ir a los bares tomas el camión que pasa enfrente cada 5 minutos. Todo estuco muy bien
