"Done go back to Rockville - wait another year" and head to Athens instead.🍑 Loved this beautiful place and the friendly welcome from the wonderful hosts. We would be eager to come back next time we are in Athens...and our family members who live in Atlanta are already hoping to stay next time they visit their daughter going into grad school at UGA. Will recommend to all my Georgia Dawgs. Thanks so much!

A very well located, cute carriage house in a historic district of Athen. Very well appointed with all possible amenities and accoutrements! Clean and safe with a very cool vibe. We will be back!

Mary Frances’ & Kevin’s place was the perfect place for my visit to Athens which, for me, was to visit my grad student son and still work a bit during the day. The set up at the desk upstairs was just enough; the internet speed was great. I especially loved all the song birds in the morning. It was a beautiful setting.
