We had a wonderful stay in their highly comfortable and clean home. We couldn’t have asked for more and we were very impressed. They communicated really really well and were very accommodating! 5/5🤩

The rental was clean and comfortable, though there were some maintenance issues--like holes in most of the screens. The biggest problem was the constant traffic noise from the Jamestown Bridge. I splurged this year on a rental twice as much as I usually spend, and was disappointed by the noise. I suppose I should have expected that given how close the bridge is to the property

This is at least our 4 or 5th time staying here. Perfect for our family and our pets!

This house was beautiful and very immaculate, in a private setting with a lovely backyard and a private walk from the backyard to a small beach. (the beach did have a noisy bridge nearby, but we did not let the traffic noise disturb us too much). There were even kayaks and a rowboat for us to use. Beach towels, chairs, and life jackets were also provided. Our (young adult) "kids" enjoyed playing on the hammock and swing and the putting green. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. And it was well located to get to other attractions, such as Newport and the Block Island Ferry. We had a lovely time there! The host was very friendly and attentive. Suggestions: An outdoor eating table (for 8) would be nice. And also it would be nice to have a fire pit to roast marshmallows on. We bought a little charcoal grill while we were there. So bring one with you if you want to do that!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Lots of room and beautiful views. Will return next time we are in the area.
