The best thing about this place is the location, set amongst the fields of the farm and seeing horses grazing from the window is great. If you are dog owners that want a peaceful place to stay and go for country walks then this is the place for you!

A lovely cottage. The kitchen is well equipped, with a few useful things like salt and pepper and sugar etc. The bedrooms were comfy and airy and the bathroom was clean. Check in process very easy. It is a 10 minute walk to beautiful Emsworth and there are lots of country walks around. The only improvements were some loose windows and some mould in the fridge. The photos indicated a garden area, but that was probably a neighbours garden. A garden would have been nice to sit in in the evening. Overall very nice though.

We had a great time staying at this lovely cottage, which was very well stocked and presented. The one time we had an issue the host was very quick to help us out and we would be glad to stay here again.
