The 85m² Apartment HABICHT for 2-6 persons is located on the top floor with amazing views and furnished with solid, fragrant natural wood. Up to three double-bedrooms (each with private shower/WC) can be used. Abseits vom Verkehrslärm, aber nur wenige Minuten vom Ortszentrum Vandans entfernt. Die richtige Adresse für einen unbeschwerten und unvergesslichen Urlaub, ganzjährig geöffnet. Eine Wohlfühloase mit besonderem Flair für Familien und Gruppen mit modernem Komfort. Im Winter nah an den Skigebieten, im Frühjahr, Sommer und Herbst idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Wir vermieten unser Blockhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht und äußerst gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Es wurde liebevoll renoviert. Unseren Gästen steht zur Verfügung: großes Wohnzimmer, neue Küche, sonniger Wintergarten, Schlafzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer, Vorraum, Badezimmer, WC. Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten im Osten des Hauses. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.

The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.
