Ha sido Posada, junto con las dos casas colindantes, posteriormente fabrica de jabones muy afamada. De ambas estructuras se conservan elementos, que se han quedado insertados en la actual estructura, combinándolos con las comodidades de los tiempos actuales. Estamos disposición de los huéspedes para la información y/o sugerencias que necesiten. Tanto personal, telefónicamente como por mail o sms El Arenal es uno de los barrios más ambientados de Sevilla, debido a su ubicación entre la Torre de Oro y Triana. Al estar en el casco histórico, permite un acceso a pie a cualquiera de las zonas monumentales de la capital hispalense.
