In this private unit you will find all the amenities of a 5-star hotel stocked with a fully appointed kitchen. You will have a private entrance, lounge chairs out front to take advantage of a classic sunny day in LA, and an endless array of gorgeous plants and flowers to perfume the air. The inside comes complete with central A/C&heat, a large rotatable flat screen TV with premium cable & Netflix, lightning fast WiFi, large closet space, and a skinny kitchen island for dining. This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

Private 1 bedroom apartment inside home in hills, south of Ventura Blvd. Separate wing includes bedroom, bath, living room, pilates/tv room in loft, new European kitchen, 2 balconies, private entrance, new hardwood floors and Persian rug. We live 2 stair flights below. Walk to restaurants, shops, Galleria. Beautiful views out every window. Quiet, safe, lovely neighborhood. Water filtered-drinkable from tap. You control temperature. Loft accessible for yoga, meditation, tv, pilates if knowledged.

Close to 101 & 405 Freeways, The Galleria, Westfield Mall, Pavilions, Gelsons, Ralphs, Whole Foods, Best Buy, CVS. 5 miles to Studio City, 7 to Universal Studios + Warner Bros. 9 miles to Hollywood, Beverly Hills + West Hollywood. Gardeners tend to the landscape Tuesday afternoons.

Light and bright furnished guest unit, with a private entrance and its own side yard/outdoor sitting area. Dedicated air-conditioning/heating unit, kitchen (for light cooking with 2 burner portable cooktop/microwave/toaster oven) , organic cotton queen bed, granite counter tops, full size stainless steel frig, as well as slate floors. Bathroom is granite, a double sink and slate shower. Includes 55" TV with cable, and WiFi. Hosts live in the house with active family with dogs that bark.

Our stylish, cozy and private guest studio is newly renovated and located in the heart of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways. We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.

Or, fire up the patio grill and have a barbecue in a shady garden overlooking your private pool. OPTION: $50 to heat the pool, plus $50 per day to keep the pool heated during your stay, with a 2-day minimum.
