Solo un paseo peatonal separa el mar de la casa. Consta de 232 m2 construidos y una superficie total de 546 m2. Cambios IMPORTANTES 10/2023: Instalación de aire acondicionado en la zona central de casa. En 2019 se instaló la cocina nueva, KAYAK para 4 personas, 2 bicicletas, chimenea de leña, juegos de mesa, BBQ, etc.
