The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Cada alojamento dispõe de um espaço exclusivo para banhos de sol. A piscina é partilhada entre ambos, encontrando-se fechada entre novembro e meados de março.

In the attic you can find the bedroom, and on the ground floor the living room and a small office with a sofa bed for extra guests. Here you can rest, relax, read or write.
