Cocina totalmente equipada, reforma 2024. TV. 30 m2 de jardín priv. delante del mar. Patio de 15 m2 con plantas.. Piscina y a/ac. La habitación secundaria dispone de dos camas individuales. Puede ponerse bajo la otra, liberando espacio en la habitación. Cuna para bebé si es necesaria y tb mesa de trabajo y silla si imprescindible.

Beautiful duplex penthouse air-conditioned with three terraces renovated in 2013. The kitchen has all the equipment. Two rooms with shower and terrace with electric blind and deckchairs. One separate toilet. Terraces on the road side with side sea view. We acquired this apartment in 2016 after several years of vacation rental. The apartment is really as a house in 50m from the beach and 200m of the church and 350m of the station. External refurbishment of the building from October to February.

Vila Sitges is a spectacular villa with 10 rooms. It has a main house with 9 rooms for 18 people. Also, for a supplement of 140 € per day a small independent apartment for 4 people . The maximum capacity is 22 people. It is located in one of the most quiet neighborhoods of Sitges: Quint Mar. The beaches of Sitges and the town center are a 5 minute drive or a 25-minute walk away. Enjoy the sun, the beach, the private pool, and the vibrant atmosphere of Sitges, which is always festive.

Al lado del "Monasterio de Poblet" y "Vallbona de les Monges". El pueblo de Senan es uno de los 5 pueblos más pequeños de Catalunya donde la paz y la naturaleza es nuestro principal aliado. El entorno favorece una desconexión ideal, perfecta para apartarse de las vidas ajetreadas de la ciudad.

There will not be a surcharge for the crib, but there will be for using the sofa-bed (30€/night). Fully licensed.

Nice apartment recently refurbished, situated in the second line of the exclusive Vinyet district of Sitges, 5m from the town center and 1m from the beach (Paseo Marítimo). It has a sea orientation with which it has natural light all day. It has 3 bedrooms 2 of them all with closets with drawers and two bathrooms.
