Φωτεινό, ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα πρώτου ορόφου που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 2 έως 4 επισκέπτες . Απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης περπατώντας όπου υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καφετέριες και τα φημισμένα ρακάδικα με τους παραδοσιακούς μεζέδες. Από το διαμέρισμα σε 10 λεπτά υπάρχει η όμορφη αμμώδης παραλία της Σητείας. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό για μία διαμονή εύκολη και άνετη ενώ τα σούπερ μάρκετ και όλα τα καταστήματα της κεντρικής αγοράς απέχουν μόνο δέκα λεπτά!

The house is located on the hill but it is seven minutes from the center of Sitia and fifteen minutes from the beach on foot. The cazarma fortress is five minutes from the house...you can walk to it passing from the Saint Georgios church and then walk down to the harbor through the traditional cobblestone streets.
