Η VILLA SPILIO είναι ένα πέτρινο σπίτι χτισμένο σε ένα μικρό ακρωτήρι.Από κάθε σημείο του σπιτιού ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να απολαύσει το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου. Διαθέτει μεγάλο κρεβάτι και καναπέ-κρεβάτι και όλες τις απαραίτητες οικιακές συσκευές. Εξωτερικά έχει μεγάλη αυλή, με δέντρα και πολλά λουλούδια. Τέλος, ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να απολαύσει το μπάνιο του στη θάλασσα με ησυχία αφού έχει ιδιωτική πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα και να χαλαρώσει στις ξαπλώστρες που διαθέτει το κατάλυμα.

Το aloe apartment βρίσκεται στο Ξερόκαμπο σε απόσταση 50m από την παραλία Μαζιδά Άμμος. Το διαμέρισμα έχει θέα στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος. Το διαμέρισμα περιλαμβάνει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο με μπανιέρα, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο και φούρνο και τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50m από mini market και 500m από ταβέρνες. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να χαλαρώσουν στη μεγάλη αυλή και να απολαύσουν τη θέα. Πλησιέστερο αεροδρόμιο είναι το αεροδρόμιο Σητείας σε απόσταση 40Km.

The 15 sqm house, equipped with kitchennette and full bath, has picturesque views of the island Psira that you can enjoy from your private terrace. Take a 15 minute stroll through the olive groves and arrive at Tholos beach for a dip in the crisp waters of the mediterranean sea. The surrounding area is rich in ancient history, with many gorgeous beaches, gorges, and archeological sites to visit.

Στους εσωτερικούς χώρους υπάρχουν κλιματιστικά, στο σαλόνι και στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Ολα τα παράθυρα και οι μπαλκονόπορτες διαθέτουν σίτες. Η κουζίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη με πλυντήριο πιάτων, καφετιέρα espresso, καφετιέρα φίλτου, τοστιέρα, βραστήρα, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, ψυγείο και με όλα τα σκεύη μαγειρικής.

Mandarini House is located at Choclakies,a small village 10 km (8min drive) from Palekastro on the way to Zakros.It was built in 1935 and fully restored in 2019.In this small village live 12 people and its at the heart of Sitia ‘s UNESCO Global Geopark.The starting point to pass through the gorge and get at the Karoumes beach is here.
