A modern eco-friendly stone-built retreat, set in a private olive grove using regenerative farming, just 2 km from the sea, surrounded by olives, pines and cedars, with views of Ha Gorge. The ground floor apartment is located just one km outside of the town Sitia by the sea, in a very quiet area with uninterrupted views over the bay. The apartment is spacious and modern with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and living area with a comfy sofa and open fireplace. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed and ample wardrobe space. The bathroom has a shower/wc.
