Villa Albatross sijaitsee merellisessä ympäristössä kartanomiljöössä Nordcenterin golfkeskuksessa. Talo sijaitsee golfkentällä ja sieltä on upea näköala golfkentälle ja merelle. Golfkeskuksen palvelut ja ravintola ovat aivan vieressä. Lähistöllä sijaitsee myös Fiskarsin ja Billnäsin ruukkikylät. Huvila soveltuu perheen tai pienen ryhmän käyttöön. Talossa on kolme tilavaa makuuhuonetta joissa majoittuu mukavasti kuusi henkeä. Juuri valmistuneessa pihatalossa on lisäksi mukavat sängyt kahdelle.

Huoneisto käsittää n. 86 m2 kolmion lasikuistilla. Huoneistossa on 6 kpl 100 cm leveitä sänkyjä. Sängyt ovat valmiiksi pedatut laadukkailla petivaatteilla. Huoneistossa on maalämpöön kytketty viilenninjärjestelmä, joten kesällä nautit viileistä öistä. Kaikki Tammisaaren palvelut, meri sekä ihana luonto avautuvat heti rappusilta.

Separate house in a small house union with own garden and terrace. As this is our family home, kitchen is well equipped and you can also BBQ in the back yard. Big windows bring light and feeling of space. Two double beds (180 and 140 cm) and one single bed connected to bathroom and sauna. Possibly also to sleep in a tent!l during a the summer! Free car parking under a roof. Area is quiet and calm, close to all service and with good connections to explore Helsinki and surroundings.

If you prefer tap water bath instead there is a wooden heatable hot tube in the garden. Surroundings boast with great biking+jogging facilities. You can also wander in nearby forests. Inhouse there is a sauna and a little gym with tread mill and a watt bike. Tiny grocery shop nearby and a good quality restaurant in 1km.

Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
