This apartment is situated in best position in Split in such calm area called Zvončac in entrance of nature hill Marjan full of trees and beaches. Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. This studio apartment is in the center of old part of Kaštel Štafilić. Apartment has everything that you need for living. Kitchen -microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven and all kitchen utensils, bathroom, washing machine ,air condition, smart TV, free WI-FI. Everything is on your hand and near by-beach is 3 minutes walk, grocery shop, market, restaurant, caffe bar all in 50 meters reach. Bus station is 500m of walking, air port is 4km away, parking place is nearby, train station is 3 km away.

Please note that during peak season, street parking can be difficult to find, even further from the house.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
