The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Dear guests, welcome to our property. The house Jurjoni is located in the countryside and is surrounded by nature. We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Nudi dvije udobne spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, dnevni boravak s 65" Smart TV-om (besplatan Netflix), kupaonicu te perilicu i sušilicu rublja. Dostupni su klima uređaj, besplatni Wi-Fi i parkiranje. Plaža je udaljena 5 minuta vožnje. Check-in od 16:00, check-out do 12:00. Pušenje i kućni ljubimci nisu dozvoljeni. U blizini su biciklističke staze, planinarske rute i kulturne znamenitosti otoka Krka.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Small holiday home SEAFRONT II is located in Omišalj, island Krk. Total surface of the home is 60 sqm and it spreads over two floors. It has one double bedroom and one bathroom. The living room and kitchen are located in the ground floor and the bedroom is located in the first floor. The bedroom has an access to a terrace with beautiful sea view. The sea and town vicinity. You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
