This small cozy apartment with amazing city view is located in a relatively new residential building in a quiet area, yet very close to the centre of Studentski grad which offers a variety of restaurants, cocktail bars, huka bars, night clubs and many more. It is also 6 minutes away from Sofia Ring Mall where you will find plenty of stores and supermarkets as well as many other entertainment spots. The city centre and the airport are both 15 minutes away. The parking is free of charge for you.

NO PETS ALLOWED ! Ten minutes walking distance from the town center, the 40 sq meter apartment is in a more than 100 years old house. It is opened to a small yard. In addition it has a climbing boards in the basement. The bedroom has two beds that may be arranged separately or as a single double bed. The bedroom is large enough to accomodate a third person (e.g. a child) on a folding bed.The kitchen can be used for cooking.There is a small sheltered terrace, where smoking is allowed.
