The main attraction of Sofia "Alexander Nevski" cathedral is 10 minutes away by foot as well as the main walking street "Vitosha" and the Opera House. There is a plethora of cafes, restaurants, bars and unique designed graffiti around the apt. "Serdika" station, which is the main underground station, is located within less than 7 minutes walk and provides direct link to Sofia's Airport, Train and Bus stations.

We found it 3 years ago in need of a major renovation and put all our heart and emotions into turning it into this wonderful home! It’s fully renovated and lovingly built for families and friends to gather together! Hand-crafted with a lot of natural materials by its owner, this house has a lot of character! There are three separate apartments in the building and this is one of them.
