You can go snowboarding and skiing in Sölden or Hochötz. The ski resorts are just a few minutes' drive away! (Free ski bus in winter!) Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep! The cozy "Innerwalten 100" apartment is located in Walten (Valtina), a charming mountain village at 1,300 m, part of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The spacious apartment accommodates 8 guests and features a large living/sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 people each. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchenette with 2 hobs and a mini fridge, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and cable TV are included.

Unser komplett neu renoviertes Appartement in Meran/St. Valentin befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der weltbekannten Gärten von Schloss Trauttmansdorff. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt lediglich 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Das dazugehörige, ebenerdig erreichbare Kellerabteil steht zur freien Verfügung und kann z.B. zum verstauen von Rädern/Skiern usw. oder zum laden von E-Bikes genutzt werden. Eine E-Tankstelle mit 2 Stellplätzen ist ca. 5 min. fußläufig entfernt.

In the entrance area, there is an open wardrobe and a bench. The bathroom features a great shower and a toilet with bidet. In the living area, there is a kitchen with essential amenities, a dining area, and a large sofa bed (180x 200 cm). In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (180x 200 cm) and an open wardrobe.

The holiday apartment Almbergerhof Wohnung Hirzer is located in St. Martin in Passeiertal and offers a wonderful view of the Alps. The 60 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a guest toilet, accommodating a total of 4 people. Amenities also include a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available as well. This accommodation does not offer Wi-Fi.

Our house is located in the district Außerwald, above the centre of Sölden, just next to the ski slopes. The apartments provide modern tyrolian furniture and a fantastic view over the mountains. Relax in the comfortable living room with sofa area, large TV and cosy dining place or in the sauna in the basement. Nearby you will find several restaurants and the "Zentrum Shuttle" (cablecar) will take you to the center in a few mins.
