Alles Comfortappartement, Beim diesem Appartementpreis ist keine Premiumcard includiert (Benutzung von der Freizeit Arena ) Kurtaxe wir vor Ort berechnet €5 pro Person pro Nacht im Sommer. Von Jänner bis Februar werden unsere Appartements nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Sie können die Bilder der Appartements auf meiner Homepage ansehen. Frühstück können Sie vor Ort mit buchen. €20 pro Person pro Tag. Das Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche kostet pro Waschgang €10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.

Geweckt werden Sie im Frühling und Sommer nur vom Vogelgezwitscher, im Herbst ab und an von einem röhrenden Hirsch und im Winter schaffen es die leise fallenden Schneeflocken wohl kaum, die absolute Ruhe zu stören.

The 77 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus offers space for 6 people. Furthermore, a private infrared sauna is at your disposal. The amenities also include high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls) and a TV.

The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.

The House is situated in the alpine village of Zwieselstein (1.472 m), in the Ötztal Valley, arguably the prettiest in the Tirol. ‘Residenz Zwieselstein’ is 3km to the South of Sölden in the heart of the Ötztal Alps. The area offers picturesque surroundings and impressive infrastructure and facilities.

Our house is located in the district Außerwald, above the centre of Sölden, just next to the ski slopes. The apartments provide modern tyrolian furniture and a fantastic view over the mountains. Relax in the comfortable living room with sofa area, large TV and cosy dining place or in the sauna in the basement. Nearby you will find several restaurants and the "Zentrum Shuttle" (cablecar) will take you to the center in a few mins.

Located in St. Martin in Passeier, this 150 m² chalet welcomes up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, a living room, and 3 bathrooms. Please note: sleeping spaces in the open loft are best suited for children or visitors. The fully equipped private kitchen includes a coffee machine. High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video calls. Amenities feature TV, video-on-demand, washing machine, dryer, game console, and a workspace.
