Alles Comfortappartement, Beim diesem Appartementpreis ist keine Premiumcard includiert (Benutzung von der Freizeit Arena ) Kurtaxe wir vor Ort berechnet €5 pro Person pro Nacht im Sommer. Von Jänner bis Februar werden unsere Appartements nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Sie können die Bilder der Appartements auf meiner Homepage ansehen. Frühstück können Sie vor Ort mit buchen. €20 pro Person pro Tag. Das Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche kostet pro Waschgang €10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem 2018 errichteten Haus im Zentrum der beschaulichen Ötztaler Gemeinde Längenfeld. Die Umgebung ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig und sonnig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bushaltestellen, örtliche Infrastruktur und die Therme "Aqua Dome" sind fußläufig binnen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 1. Stock und besteht aus einer eingerichteten Wohnküche, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer und einem Zimmer mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch.(Gesamtgröße 56m²)

Genießen Sie Wanderungen in unberührter, noch ursprünglicher Natur, erfrischen sich im nahen Natursee mit Kneippanlage. Im Winter sind Sie in wenigen Autominuten an der Gletscherbahn bzw. The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.

Our house is located in the district Außerwald, above the centre of Sölden, just next to the ski slopes. The apartments provide modern tyrolian furniture and a fantastic view over the mountains. Relax in the comfortable living room with sofa area, large TV and cosy dining place or in the sauna in the basement. Nearby you will find several restaurants and the "Zentrum Shuttle" (cablecar) will take you to the center in a few mins.
