The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. This beautiful apartment on the first line of the sea has 3 double rooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. The other bathroom is located just down the hall. The kitchen (fully equipped) is open in the living room with views of the sea and promenade. Balcony / terrace and laundry area. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and in all rooms (hot and cold). . The only downside is that there are noisy bars nearby at night, especially in the summer.
