It can accommodate up to 8 people, 6 sleeping in beds, and 2 sleeping on the sofa bed. The property has been recently renovated and it has gone through full maintenance in February 2025. The first bedroom has double bed (Queen size); the second and third bedrooms have twin single beds, designed to be joined and used as a double bed, if necessary.

The apartment, located in a typical historical building (built during the XVI century), has been recently renewed.
