L’alloggio si sviluppa sul intero piano della villa, con le due camere da letto,un bagno e un soggiorno con cucina,dalla quale si accede alla terrazza con vista mare verso l’isola dell Asinara! La casa comprende un giardino con bbq ed un parcheggio esterno riservato agli ospiti! La posizione è strategica, in quanto risulta tra il paese di Stintino e la spiaggia della pelosa (1km circa 3minuti dalla casa).
