It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Near A1 motorway entrance/exit, it's exactly halfway between Lisbon and Oporto, perfect for a calm stop. Its'close to Redinha, Soure and Condeixa. Cafes & restaurants less than 10 minutes by car. Water&green everywhere.
