Welcome to our newly constructed one-bedroom apartment in Burlington, located off of Shelburne Road in the hill section. We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Enjoy area attractions such as Ausable Chasm, High Falls Gorge, Port Kent Beach, golf, orchards, hiking and biking.

Sit in the chairs or chaise lounge in the private backyard listening to the birds or relax in the shared sauna after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. Approximately a 30 minute drive to many of Vermont’s attractions such as skiing (45 minutes to Stowe), wine tasting, apple orchards, Lake Champlain and Maple Sugar sites. You will have access to two on site parking spaces.

We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!
