The self contained modern studio apartment, is attached to our home and has two separate entrances and it's own parking bay. Our environment offers forest views to Storm Bay, D’Entrecasteaux Channel and North Bruny Island. A perfect place to chill out. We can offer you discounts for weekly or monthly bookings. A complimentary breakfast for the first morning is included to all our cherished guests. A 7kw EV charger is available on premises, please discuss the use of it with Karin.

Funky Lutana Studio + Courtyard

The studio was built in 2018 to be a comfortable haven for your nipaluna/Hobart explorations. Formerly a large garage, we enlisted clever local architects to maximise the space. We’ve sourced quality furniture, linen, appliances and a super comfy bed. A 7 min drive to the CBD, 10 to MONA, buses are limited so a car is recommended. Ubers to the city are $10-15. A riverside park is 3min away for a morning jog. We welcome all kinds of people and love to provide a place you’ll love!

A private self contained studio apartment located in the quiet hillside suburb of South Hobart. Easy walking distance to some great attractions including the Cascade Brewery and the female factory. Five minute drive (3km), or a scenic half hour walk to the centre of Hobart, Salamanca markets and the wharf precinct. Note - There is a set of stairs alongside a steep driveway to the studio entrance and may not be suited to those with walking difficulties.
