Originally a speakeasy in the 1930’s, we’ve maintained its character while at the same time converting the bar area into a convenient kitchenette and adding a new modern bathroom. The yard is very lush with native oaks and flowers and there is a designated area for guests. We are located 2 blocks from the main boulevard which has many shops and restaurants. Just leave the car and walk to dinner.

The room has a private entrance. It's ideally located in a residential area of Ocean Beach. 5 blocks to the beach, OB pier, and 2 blocks to village life, shops & restaurants. It has a queen bed, a small private bathroom with a shower, a fridge, TV, Wifi, microwave, etc. Guests will love the location and privacy! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.

Quiet, rustic setting, great for walks and hikes (not far from park and trails access) yet, only 10 minutes from nightlife & attractions of Hollywood. Comfortable queen-size bed with good linens, basic kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, flat screen TV and a small private deck combine to offer a convenient studio for most needs.
