Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.

Everything you might need is only a few steps away - cafes, shops, restaurants, bars. The apartment is best suited for 2 people as an alternative to a hotel room.

I have 1 double bed and also have a thick air filled mattress that can be placed in the living room and used for 1 person.
