La mia casa si trova a 50 m. dall'antica torre saracena che si affaccia sulle acque cristalline che caratterizzano tutta la costa ; a pochi metri si trovano un parco giochi realizzato tra gli splendidi ulivi secolari , diversi ristoranti , bar , gelaterie , negozi , bancomat e spiaggia... La mia casa è adatto a coppie che cercano un po'di tranquillità ,ad avventurieri solitari che amano la natura , a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). La casa si trova inoltre a dieci minuti di macchina da Baunei per chi vuole cimentarsi con scalate ed escursioni nelle bellissime montagne .

La casa è perfetta per ogni stagione, nei mesi estivi per la sua vicinanza al mare e per la sua vista meravigliosa, per nuotare e prendere il sole, in autunno e inverno, per le escursioni, l'arrampicata e le visite archeologiche. Buon cibo e ottimo vino rallegreranno la permanenza in qualsiasi stagione. L'aria condizionata è in ogni stanza da letto e il soggiorno ha una bella stufa a pellets. In terrazzo, grazie al Wi-Fi, si potrà navigare su internet, per svago o per lavoro, con vista mare.

The house equipped with everything for comfortable rest. I suggest to my guests to rent a the small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

L' Appartamento è situato al centro di santa maria navarrese a 100 mt. Dal porticciolo turistico dove da qui in barca si raggiungono le spiagge più belle come cala mariolu, cala luna, cala biriola... In 2 minuti a piedi si raggiungono le spiagge del centro, i ristoranti,bar,pizzerie,farmacia,parco giochi per bambini, bancomat ecc... L appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata in sala e di zanzariere in tutte le finestre compresa la grande vetrata della veranda.
