Welcome to your stylish 120 m² apartment, right in the heart of Graz's Old Town, with a view of the Schlossberg. A farmers' market, cafés, restaurants, and excellent public transport connections are all right on your doorstep. The apartment combines the charm of a historic building and a warm design. Two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room with a bay window and views of the Schlossberg, a balcony, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet ensure living comfort in the city center.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Unwind in the spacious garden, perfect for al fresco dining—a serene haven for families, friends, and couples alike. Note that the apartment is situated at the bottom of a valley, but the sun still shines on the property for most of the day.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Unser stilvolles und luxuriöses Almchalet ist auf 1400m Seehöhe gelegen. Genieße die 80m² große Terrasse mit Panoramasauna und Jacuzzi. Die Alleinlage machen unser Chalet mit einer Flasche Wein aus dem hauseigenen Weinkeller zu etwas ganz Besonderen. Im Winter laden die Gebiete Kreischberg, Grebenzen und Lachtal zum Schifahren ein. Im Sommer sind Wanderungen und der Besuch der Bezirkshauptstadt Murau zu empfehlen.
