Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Spacious Villa is family oriented property just 10 min. by car from Split, or 30 min. by bus. The neighborhood is very quiet. Villa is close to the 2 bus stations, 3 grocery stores and fish market. The airport and the towns Trogir, Omiš, Kaštela are 20 min away by car. We have big free parking, 33 m2 heated pool with jet stream, 1000 m2 garden with shower, barbecue, playground, ambient lights, wi-fi, 75" TV, AC in each room, equipped kitchen. You can taste garden fruits grapes, figs & apricots.

This spacious holiday home which is surrounded by untouched nature has on the ground floor the living and dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with its own bathroom, fitness, and an additional toilet. From the rich equipped ground floor you can reach the courtyard with BBQ and swimming pool, immersed in green. Upstairs there is another kitchen and living room as well as another four bedrooms, two of which are with sea-view and there are another 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a massage tub.

Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

The villa has 280 m2, and the capacity is 8+4. The villa has many amenities necessary for a quality vacation, such as an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sun terrace equipped with deck chairs, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, while on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, TV and private bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price.

Villa Central is a stone villa, centrally located just 5 minutes walk from the old town. It has 3 apartments for rent. Each of them has 2 double bedrooms. The property has gated parking for 2 cars and is surrounded by gardens, a BBQ area and a heated swimming pool.
