Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Come enjoy our beautiful holiday home “A Sight To Sea” finished in 2023. We built, planned and furnished it with a lot of love to make it a cozy second home and we hope you will love it as much as we do. Give yourself the rest you deserve, relaxing on one of the terraces or in the pool with a memorable view. Over 800m2 are yours. With a big living area, an open kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, pool area, garden and car park, the house has space for up to 10 people. Each room is air conditioned.

Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

It is a big, modern, luxurious decorated, fully equipped apartment. It is located just 4 kilometers from the centre of Split and Diocletian's palace and only 1 kilometer from beach. The apartment has good bus connection with centre of Split and the bus station is about 2min walking from apartment .

Completely restored stone house is situated a few minutes away from the center of Split, the ferry port, railway station and the main bus station. The main town beach, Bačvice, is also located 5 min from apartment. The apartment has 2 separate beds but they can be put together. There is also a kitchen and a small table outside. You are welcome to use the Pool, relax and enjoy the sun on the terrace!!!

This beautiful, modern house with an outdor pool is located in Solin. It is a small but beautiful town, only a short drive away from Split. The house is located by the river Jadro. Surrounding of the house is decorated as park with lots of walking trails. House has four spacious bedrooms for eight people and three bathrooms. Also you can use parking and auxiliary facility which is traditional croatian tavern with barbecue and board games( billiards and darts ).
